One Step Closer To Achieving Work Life Balance

Do you work with someone that constantly puts in long hours every single day?  They work through lunch, stay late in the evening (at least until 7 PM), and take work home with them!

I bet your co-workers are upset because they feel this person has raised the bar too high and now management will expect the same long hours from them.

I used to work with that person and soon realized they had super human powers….only kidding, but just about the super human powers!

On occassion you may have to work late….that’s expected.  But if you’re constantly working long hours, chances are you’re not managing your time well, which is the source of your stress….or as we Quality professionals say, it’s the root cause.  Over time, stress will affect your personal and professional life….and eventually your health.
