I’m in the process of making arrangements to interview an author that’s very knowledgeable on several key Quality topics. Since the interview won’t take place for approximately one month, I wanted to give you the opportunity to vote on the topic that interests you most….the topic with the most votes will be the focus of the interview. I’ll then post the results and will give you the chance to submit potential questions that you would like me to ask the author….sounds great, right?
Not a Current Quality Member? Sign-up today so you can participate in the upcoming interview….only members have access to the interviews.
Please make sure to select ‘next’, then ‘submit’, otherwise your vote will not get captured….thanks.

Root Cause analysis is the foundation to successful corrective action programsand business operations. These systems also need to be easy to use and collect the key data that helps to change the direction of non-conforming processes.
My hope would be to see Root Cause Analysis developed in a more “Decision Tree” workflow design that could be used by operators to analyze their processes or mechanics to make adjustments, etc…
Relative to questions you might ask the “expert”, you might explore how the quality how effective a QMS system might be expected to be in the absence of leadership.
Thanks for the feedback. It sounds like you already have a few questions in mind….stay tuned for the results.
